Medical Qigong Level A
Chi Kung is the art of balancing and increasing your vital, internal energy (Qi) for self-healing, martial arts and spiritual attainment, through regulation of posture, breathing and mind. With specialized training, it can be used to heal others, somewhat like an energetic, no-needle form of acupuncture.
Regular practice maintains health, calms the mind and reconnects the spirit. Many people have restored their health with Chi Kung.
Martial Chi Kung
This type of practice can improve performance in any martial art or other sports. It will enable you to increase speed, stamina, and power, improve balance, flexibility, and coordination, and condition the body against injury.
Spiritual Chi Kung
This practice involves still or moving meditations such as tai chi.
Benefits of practice include increased self-awareness, tranquility, and harmony with nature.
